Novira Digital LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and compliant platform environment. This Content Removal & Complaints Policy explains how users and third parties may report content, behavior, or activity that may violate our policies, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

1. Reporting Violations

Users or third parties may report:

  • Prohibited or illegal content
  • Impersonation concerns
  • Unauthorized likeness usage
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Copyright concerns
  • Moderation violations
  • Payment or billing complaints
  • Safety concerns
  • Suspected human trafficking

  • A detailed description of the concern
  • Relevant account or conversation details
  • Screenshots or supporting documentation where available

2. Review Process & Resolution Timeframe

All complaints are reviewed in good faith by Novira Digital LLC. All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Reported content or accounts may be:

  • Investigated
  • Temporarily restricted
  • Removed
  • Suspended
  • Permanently terminated

Depending on the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to request additional information before taking action.

3. Prohibited Content Enforcement

The platform strictly prohibits content involving:

  • Minors or age-regression
  • Non-consensual or incapacitated scenarios
  • Deepfakes or impersonation
  • Celebrity simulations
  • Bestiality or animal cruelty
  • Violence, abduction, or exploitation
  • Watersports, scat, or bodily waste scenarios
  • Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis
  • Human sex trafficking or prostitution
  • Illegal activity
  • Hate speech
  • Copyright infringement

Accounts attempting to generate or distribute prohibited content may be terminated immediately.

4. Content Removal Requests

Individuals who believe content generated through the platform violates their rights, improperly uses their identity, infringes copyrights, or creates unauthorized impersonation may request review and removal by contacting:

Requests should include:

  • Identification of the material in question
  • Explanation of the concern
  • Contact information for follow-up

Novira Digital LLC will investigate all legitimate requests within five (5) business days of receipt.

5. Appeal Policy

Users who wish to appeal a moderation decision, content removal, or account action may submit an appeal to:

Appeals will be reviewed in good faith within five (5) business days. In the event of a disagreement regarding an appeal — including any dispute over the validity of consent or the use of likeness — the matter must be resolved by a neutral body at the merchant's expense. A neutral arbitrator is considered an acceptable neutral body for such purposes, consistent with Discover, Visa, and Mastercard requirements.

6. Human Sex Trafficking Statement

Novira Digital LLC does not condone human sex trafficking in any form. The platform does not permit content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies human trafficking, prostitution, or sexual exploitation. Any content or activity on the platform that is suspected to involve human sex trafficking will be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities, including the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

7. Platform Limitations

Iris AI does not permit:

  • User-uploaded images
  • User-uploaded videos
  • Public content posting
  • Deepfake generation tools
  • Celebrity likeness generation

All AI conversations occur privately between the user and the platform's fictional AI companions.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

Novira Digital LLC reserves the right to cooperate with lawful investigations or requests from regulatory bodies or law enforcement where legally required, including reporting suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to maintain compliance with:

  • Applicable law
  • Card brand requirements
  • Payment processor requirements
  • AI safety standards

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
