The content available on this platform — including all AI-generated text, images, and audio — consists entirely of artificially generated synthetic material. No actual human beings are depicted in any sexually explicit conduct produced, distributed, or made available through this platform.

Accordingly, Iris AI is not subject to the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75, as those provisions apply to content depicting actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Because all characters depicted on this platform are entirely fictional and AI-generated, they do not constitute “actual human beings” within the meaning of the statute.

Nature of Content

• All AI companions on the platform are fictional, computer-generated characters
• No real persons are depicted in, or associated with, any platform content
• All text conversations are generated by artificial intelligence systems
• All portrait images are AI-generated synthetic media, not photographs of real individuals
• No user-uploaded images or videos of real persons are permitted on the platform

Age Verification

Although the § 2257 record-keeping requirements do not apply to this platform, Novira Digital LLC maintains the following safeguards:

• Access to the platform is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older
• Users must affirmatively confirm their age upon account creation
• The AI system is strictly prohibited from roleplaying as or depicting minors in any context
• Content involving minors, age-regression, or underage scenarios is absolutely prohibited
